Half-Day Rate:
Applies to some rental units. It's a 5- hour period. Any overtime
will be charged at daily rate.
Daily Rate:
24 hours form checkout to check-in. Based on an 8 hour shift.
Weekly
Rate:
7 consecutive days. Based on a 40 hour week. Monthly Rate: 28
days from time date out.
Weekend
Rate:
Item picked up after 4:00 p.m. on Friday and returned before 8:00
a.m. the following Monday. Rental rate is 1 1/2 times the Daily
Rate. Weekend Rates do not apply to all items.
Overtime
Charge:
When rental period is exceeded, an overtime charge of 1/6 the
Daily Rate is charged per hour.
PAYMENTS
Deposits, rental fees and materials taken with rental unit are
all payable in advance. Deposit returned if unit is returned complete
and in proper condition. Customers with open accounts are invoiced
at net 10 days.
INSURANCE
The rentee is responsible for the care, safety and maintenance
of the rented items from the time the rental item is picked up
until it is returned to our store. Our insurance does not cover
rented items when out of our building. If the rental item is lost
or damaged during the rental period the rentee is liable for all
incurred charges including the replacement or repair of any equipment.
IDENTIFICATION
With no exceptions the rentee or his representative (whoever signs
the contract) must show two forms of identification, one being
a current NYS Driver's License, the other being a major credit
card or picture I.D.
DELIVERY
Delivery and pick up service is available. Fee varies with
distance from our store.
PRICES

TOWING
Our large trailers require 4,000# capacity towing vehicle with
trailer brakes and light hook-up. NO EXCEPTIONS!
